 Do Kiwami Box ship worldwide?
 Yes, Kiwami Box ship worldwide directly from our warehouse in Tokyo.
 How are shipping cost calculated?
 In accordance with the regulations of Japan Post, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size and shipping destination. 
 How long does it take to ship my order?
 If products you ordered are in stock, it will take us 2 to 3 business days to ship them. If your product is out of stock, we will email you asap to let you know how long it will take us to ship your whole parcel. Shipping period depend on location and how long your country customs office and your local post office process the parcel.
 My order has been shipped. When will it arrive?
 Orders usually arrive 1-4 weeks after ship date, but please allow up to 6 weeks as there might be local customs or weather delays.
Because of these possible delays due to weather or postal disruption or customs, we ask you wait at least 6 weeks before you inquire about your lost or missing order. 
 Will my order arrive by a specific date?
 Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your box or order will arrive by a certain date because our boxes ship directly from our warehouse in Tokyo and international shipping can be unpredictable.

 What shipping carrier/service do you use?
 All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Tokyo through Japan Post – EMS (Express Mail Service).
EMS (Express Mail Service) is the fastest and most reliable form of international shipping. 
EMS packages usually arrive at their destination 3 days to 2 weeks after shipment.
Tracking information for packages shipped via EMS will automatically be sent to you when your order is shipped.
Japan Post delivers parcel to your country and till then Japan Post updates tracking information. Once parcel is in your country, all tracking information is updated by your country’s Post Office.
 How do I check my tracking information?
 Once we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can track the order via your local post office website.
*Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping seasons the delivery time may be longer than the estimated.
 Can I change my shipping address once the order has been dispatched?
 We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Please therefore ensure you provide a correct and suitable delivery address for the specified delivery method. However, if you realise very soon after you place the order that the address is incorrect (or incomplete) please email us at support@kiwami-box.com and we will do all we can to help.
 My address has changed. Can you reroute it?
 Once your parcel is already shipped from our warehouse in Tokyo then we won’t be able to assist you in rerouting your package. What you can do is to contact your local post office, provide a tracking number which you receive from us and request to reroute your package to your new address.
 My parcel has been returned to our warehouse in Tokyo. What can I do?
 If a parcel is returned to our warehouse in Tokyo for a reason arising from a client (e.g. an incorrect address), we will resend the parcel to the correct address but the client needs to pay for a full shipping fee even if an order was eligible for free shipping. The client will be contacted by our customer support as soon as we receive the parcel.
